Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey held in a safe and sacred container, facilitated by a professional DJ. It is a space where you are free to be your authentic self and express through dance without judgment. Unlike traditional dance forms, it is unchoreographed and intuitive, allowing your body to move naturally in response to music. This practice supports self-discovery, emotional release, and mental well-being, offering a pathway to connect more deeply with yourself.

Start the night with a guided intention-setting and ceremonial release of 2024. Then, during a cacao ceremony, you’ll be guided to visualize your highest self for 2025 as we invite you to feel it in your body when you embark on the journey of free-flowing movement and intentional dance. You’re not just imagining your future self — you’re becoming it.
